How to cancel an order or to return goods?

1. Order cancellation

You can cancel the order at any stage. The order status is given in “My orders” in your Account.

If the order was not shipped

  • 1. Fill in and sign the order cancellation and refund request.
  • 2. Scan or take a photo of the documents confirming the payment.
  • 3. Send the request and invoices to office@tentorium.club.

We will refund you using the bank details specified in the request within 10 days.

The delivery cost is refundable.

You will be able to apply the used discount again.

If the order was shipped but not received within the specified period

  • 1. 60 days after payment, fill in and sign the order cancellation and refund request.
  • 2. Scan or take a photo of the documents evidencing the payment.
  • 3. Send the request and invoices to office@tentorium.club.

We will refund you using the bank details specified in the request within 10 days.

The delivery cost is refundable.

You will be able to apply the used discount again.

2. Return of conforming goods

You can return the goods for any reason within 7 days after receipt.

When buying in the online store

  • 1. Fill in and sign the goods return request.
  • 2. Scan or take a photo of the documents evidencing the payment.
  • 3. Send the request and invoices to office@tentorium.club or attach them to the order.
  • 4. Send the order to the Company by handing it over to a pick-up point, a shipping company or an office of Post of Russia (depending on where you received the order).

We will refund you using the bank details specified in the request within 7 days from the order delivery to the Company.

When buying at a service center

  • 1. Visit a service center where you bought the products and fill in the goods return request.
  • 2. Attach the documents evidencing the payment to the request.
  • 3. Hand over the product and request to the service center manager.

The funds are refunded immediately after submitting the request if the order was paid for in cash. If the order was paid with a bank card, the funds are refunded within 7 days using the bank details specified in the request.

You will be able to apply the used discount again.

3. Return of non-conforming goods

You can return the goods within 14 days after receipt.

When buying in the online store

  • 1. Fill in and sign the goods return or exchange request with a return reason.
  • 2. Take a photo of the goods where defect or damage is seen.
  • 3. Scan or take a photo of the documents evidencing the payment.
  • 4. Send the request, photos, and invoices to office@tentorium.club or attach them to the order.
  • 5. Send the order to the Company by handing it over to a pick-up point, a shipping company or an office of Post of Russia (depending on where you received the order).

The funds are refunded within 10 days.
