Children under one year of age individually, pre-dissolved in water, once a day for 30 minutes before a meal;
From one to three years 1 / 4 teaspoons 1 / 2 times a day for 30 minutes before a meal;
From 3 to 7 years 1/3 teaspoon 2 times a day for 30 minutes before eating;
From 7 to 13 years 1/2 teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal;
From 14 years of age adult dosage – 1 teaspoon 3 times a day for 30 minutes before a meal.
