PRICE FOR DELIVERY
For orders over 100 BGN delivery in Bulgaria is free.
For orders over €150 delivery abroad is free.

Deliveries in Bulgaria are made by Econt (www.econt.com)
Deliveries abroad are made by Post One (postone.eu)

DELIVERY TIME
For Bulgaria: Orders received before 1pm on a working day are processed and fulfilled within the day, and after 1pm within the next working day.

Abroad: Оrders are delivered by Post One and delivery times depend on the country where the order will be delivered. You can see the delivery time in the Post One table here.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If there is a problem with your contact details or the availability of any of the products ordered, you can expect a call from one of our staff. Once a member of our staff contacts you, you can always add products or replace any of them.

PAYMENT METHOD
Orders placed through www.tentorium.club can be paid for in the following way:

• Cash on delivery ( postal money order) – you pay to a courier upon delivery of your order by the courier company Econt. The service is available only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
• Online with debit/credit card VISA, MasterCard.
• Through PayPal.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Any order can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00 on the day of the order itself. Orders placed after 16:00 can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00 the next day. To cancel an order, email sales@tentorium.club or call 0898 654840.
If an order is refused outside the time limits stated, or if the order is not collected from an Econt office or personal address, the customer must pay to return the order to. In case of a return of the order, the customer must return the order to the Escort service at the address. The customer should send the order to Todor Kableshkov №53, office 33.
