Spirulina platensis contains up to 70% complete, easily digestible protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, a carefully balanced vitamin menu (A, B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, B12, E, biotin), minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium), micronutrients (iron, manganese, copper, zinc, molybdenum, selenium and iodine). We use only organic cultivated spirulina that grows in seawater, respectively, and iodine is obtained from the sea.

Laminaria is rich in iodine, has a low glycemic index (22) and a wide range of trace elements. In terms of iodine content kelp surpasses all known land medicinal plants. Directions for use
One teaspoon of granules sucked or diluted in 100-150ml of warm water, stir thoroughly until complete dissolution of the granules.
